Michele graduated cum laude from Millsaps College with a Bachelors of Business Administration in May of 1998. While at Millsaps, Michele was a member of the Millsaps women’s basketball team for four years and has been inducted into Millsaps’ Athletics Hall of Fame.

Michele obtained her Masters of Accountancy degree in May of 1999 from Millsaps College, and in September 2000, was licensed as a Certified Public Accountant. In May 2003, Michele received her juris doctorate from Mississippi College School of Law and was licensed to practice law in September 2003.

Michele is admitted to the United States District Court Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi, Mississippi Supreme Court, Mississippi Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. Michele is a member of the Capital Area Bar Association, Mississippi Bar Association and the American Bar Association.

Michele is also a certified mediator for the State of Mississippi.
